Doing collab work is always a good way to learn new graphic art methods/techniques I know that I have always profited from such work. I think a community skin would be nice, we can all collaborate on a single theme and see what we can come up with. Winamp Skinners are a dying breed, and as such we should band together now and find a way to improve this situation! What would you the members like to do about our situation? 
We as a group do not accept these sorts of skins, but if you wish to learn we as a group are more than willing to teach you! the skins that are made without using any sort of graphic art program. I have seen a lot of people submit pre-made skins, you know.
It seems that Winamp Skinners are a dying breed, we are a rare type of people.
